Our Encounter with Chris Botti

A few of weeks ago, JF got this dvd of Chris Botti.

Upon watching the DVD, Bem was reminded of our wedding 28 years ago. A couple of days before our wedding, she saw a brass ensemble playing in the streets of NY and was impressed with them. She invited them to play at our wedding and they obliged. It turns out that the trumpet player is Chris Botti. The photo was taken when he was 22 years old.

JF's girlfriend, Kira, invited us to watch Botti's concert last night at Staten Island. After the concert, there was a CD signing and Bem showed her the photos and he remarked that he remembered playing for our wedding. What a night to remember!
